摘要
根据重点流域“十四五”规划编制的工作部署,对照2035年美丽辽宁基本建成的总体目标,2022年12月,辽宁省编制并印发《辽宁省重点流域水生态环境保护“十四五”规划》,科学谋划全省“十四五”水生态环境保护工作的目标和任务。通过加大水污染治理力度,加快补齐短板,稳步提升河流健康水平,保障河湖基本生态用水,持续改善辽宁水生态环境质量。该规划是开展辽宁省“十四五”期间流域水生态环境治理保护工作的根本依据,是制定相关政策、实施工程项目的重要参考。
In accordance with Environment regarding the formulation of the 14th Five-Year Plan for key watersheds,and in alignment with the overall goal of achieving the basic completion of Beautiful Liaoning by 2035,Liaoning Province compiled and issued the 14th Five-Year Plan for the Protection of Water Ecological Environment in Key Watersheds in Liaoning Province in December 2022.This plan strategically outlines the objectives and tasks for water ecological environment protection during the 14th Five-Year Plan period for the entire province.By intensifying efforts to control water pollution,addressing shortcomings promptly,steadily improving the health of rivers,ensuring basic ecological water use for rivers and lakes,and continuously enhancing the quality of Liaoning’s water ecological environment.This plan serves as the fundamental basis for conducting water ecological environment governance and protection work in Liaoning Province during the 14th Five-Year Plan period and provides crucial reference for the formulation of relevant policies and implementation of engineering projects.
