耐高压注射型PICC导管在胆道肿瘤患者CT增强扫描检查中的应用效果评价

摘要 目的探讨耐高压注射型经外周静脉穿刺置入中心静脉导管(PICC)在胆道肿瘤患者CT增强扫描检查中的应用效果。方法选取2022年2月—12月在医院行CT增强扫描检查的胆道肿瘤患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组和对照组患者分别应用耐高压注射型PICC导管和外周静脉留置针(20G)作为对比剂注射通路,分析并比较两组患者CT增强扫描检查时的护理不良事件总发生率和图像质量总有效率。结果观察组护理不良事件总发生率13.33%(4/30),低于对照组的43.33%(13/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组CT增强扫描图像质量的总有效率为93.33%(28/30),高于对照组的66.67%(20/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论选择耐高压注射型PICC导管行CT增强扫描检查,能降低检查中护理不良事件的总发生率,提高CT增强扫描图像质量的总有效率,有助于提高患者的舒适感和满意度。 Objective To evaluate the Power peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)for injection of contrast agent for contrast-enhanced CT scan in patients with biliary tract tumors.Methods Totally 60 patients with biliary tract tumors who received contrast-enhanced CT exami⁃nation were randomly divided into observation group and control group.During contrast-enhanced CT examination,contrast agent was injected through Power PICC catheter in the observation group,or peripheral venous indwelling needle in the control group.The total incidence of nursing adverse events and the total rate of qualified CT Image between the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The total incidence of nursing adverse events was lower in the observation group(4 cases,13.33%)than in the control group(13 cases,43.33%),and the total rate of quali⁃fied CT Image was higher in the observation group(28 cases,93.33%)than that in the control group(20 cases,66.67%),both with statistical difference of P<0.05.Conclusion Contrasta⁃gent injection through Power PICC during contrast-enhanced CT scan can reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events and improve the CT image quality.
