摘要
新昌#2炉是我国一座重要的发电设备,但该炉长期出现四管泄漏的问题,给发电运行带来了一定困扰。本文通过分析新昌#2炉四管泄漏情况,总结了其原因和部位的统计数据,同时,概述了2023年C修四管检查总体情况,包括水冷壁、过热器和再热器的情况,此外,还回顾了新昌#2炉历次主要检修情况,提出了进一步的处理措施和建议。
The Xinchang#2 boiler is an important power generation equipment in China.However,the long-term problem of four tube leakage in the boiler has brought certain dfficulties to the power generation operation.This paper summarizes the statistical data on the causes and locations of the leakage of the four pipes of Xinchang#2 boiler through analysis.At the same time,an overview of the overall situation of the 2023 C-repair four pipe inspection was provided,including the conditions of the water wall,superheater,and reheater.In addition,a review was conducted on the major maintenance situations of Xinchang#2 boiler,and further treatment measures and suggestions were proposed.
