摘要
根据P3实验室的建设和使用需求,本文基于常规暖通自控系统进行了设计优化,主要基于冗余设计思路,对机组和PLC控制器进行冗余热备设计,并搭建了环网冗余网络架构、UPS不间断电源系统以及冗余数据服务器系统,有效保证了系统监控运行的安全性和数据采集记录的稳定性,同时在引入物联网模块应用的云服务层中建立指向性的监控和诊断通道,确保应急响应和特殊问题处理的及时性。
According to the construction and use requirements of P3 laboratory,this paper is based on the design and optimization of conventional HVAC automatic control system,mainly based on redundant design ideas,redundant hot standby design of unit and PLC controller,and build a redundant network architecture,UPS uninterruptible power supply system and redundant data server system,which effectively ensures the security of system monitoring operation and the stability of data acquisition and recording,and at the same time establishes a directional monitoring and diagnosis channel in the cloud service layer in the application of IoT modules,ensuring timeliness of emergency response and special problem handling.
