摘要
针对高职院校实验设备功能单一,无法满足“智转数改”需求的问题,本文设计与开发了数字孪生上料检测实训教学平台并应用于教学实践。该平台对接智能制造新技术发展需求,融入工业网络、自动控制、机器视觉、工业数据传输等技术,可提升高职院校学生的核心竞争力和技术技能水平。
Aiming at the problems such as the single function of experimental equipment in higher vocational colleges which unable to meet the need of"Intelligent and digital transformation",this paper designed a digital twin feeding testing training teaching platform and applied it to teaching practice.The platform meets the development needs of new intelligent manufacturing technology.The integration of industrial network,automatic control,machine vision,industrial data transmission and other technologies which can improve the core competitiveness and technical skills of students in higher vocational colleges.
