摘要
目的探讨加速康复护理模式对肺癌患者肺功能、心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法选取2022年6—12月在山东省聊城市人民医院实施胸腔镜肺癌根治术的90例患者为研究对象,其中2022年6—9月的患者纳入对照组,2022年10—12月的患者纳入试验组,各45例。对照组患者给予常规护理,试验组患者在对照组的基础上给予加速康复护理模式干预。记录两组患者围手术期康复指标、肺功能指标、心理评价指标和生活质量评价指标。结果两组患者出恢复室时疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组比较,试验组患者术后第1~3天疼痛评分和并发症发生率显著降低,术后引流管和尿管留置时间、排气时间、排便时间和住院时间显著缩短,护理满意度评分显著提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,干预后试验组患者肺功能和生活质量量表(quality of life questionnaires core 30,QLQ-C30)评分显著提升,心理状态各项评分和疾病不确定感量表(mishel uncertainty in illness scale,MUSI)评分均有显著下降(P<0.05)。结论将加速康复护理模式应用于胸腔镜肺癌根治术患者管理中,可显著提高护理满意度评分、改善患者术后肺功能、心理状态和生活质量。此文的研究结果为肺癌患者长期康复护理标准制定提供了借鉴内容。
Objective To explore the impact of accelerated rehabilitation nursing mode on lung function,psychological state,and quality of life of lung cancer patients.Methods A total of 90 patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer in Liaocheng People's Hospital,Shandong Province from June to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and patients from June to September 2022 were included in the control group,and patients from October to December 2022 were included in the experimental group,with 45 patients in each group.The control group patients received routine care.The experimental group patients received accelerated rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Perioperative rehabilitation indicators,lung function indicators,psychological evaluation indicators,and quality of life evaluation indicators were recorded.Results There was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups when they left the recovery room(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the pain score and complication rate of the experimental group on the 1st to 3rd day after surgery were significantly reduced,the retention time of drainage tube and urinary tube,exhaust time,defecation time and hospital stay were significantly shortened,and the nursing satisfaction score was significantly increased,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the lung function and quality of life questionnaires core 30(QLQ-C30)scores of the experimental group patients were significantly improved after intervention,while the psychological state scores and quality of life mishel uncertainty in illness scale(MUSI)scores were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the accelerated rehabilitation nursing mode to the management of patients undergoing thoracoscopy radical resection of lung cancer can significantly improve the score of nursing satisfaction,improve the postoperative lung function,psychological status and quality of life of patients.This result provides referen
