摘要
在大学英语课堂师生互动关系建设过程中,实现教师、学习者、学习内容、教学方式方法等因素的生态化是推动大学英语教学高质量发展的关键。调研发现,大学英语教学过程中师生间话题错位、动机偏离以及学习者性格差异是导致大学英语课堂师生互动关系不生态的主要原因。推动大学英语教学理念革新的同时,大学英语教学实践应基于对大学英语学习者的话题偏好调研,丰富教学内容,实现教学内容和教学方法的精准化改革;基于对大学英语学习者的学习动机调研,细化教学目标,正视和满足大学英语学习者的务实需求;基于对大学英语学习者的性格特征调研,尊重大学英语学习者因性格不同而形成的学习方法差异。
In the process of building the interactive relationship between teachers and students in college English classrooms,it is the key to promote the high-quality development of college English teaching to realize the ecological factors such as teachers,learners,learning content and teaching methods.It is found that the main reasons for the unecological interaction between teachers and students in college English teaching are the misalignment of topics,the deviation of motivation and the difference of learners'personalities.While promoting the innovation of college English teaching concepts,its teaching practice should:enrich the teaching content and realize the precise reform of teaching content and teaching methods based on the survey of college English learners'topic preferences;refine the teaching objectives and meet the pragmatic needs of college English learners based on the investigation of the learning motivation of college English learners;respect the differences in learning methods formed by different personalities of college English learners based on the investigation of the personality characteristics of college English learners.
