摘要
目的:分析半胱氨酰白三烯(CysLTs)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、B型利钠肽(BNP)水平与急性坏死性肺炎患儿预后的相关性。方法:选取2017年4月至2022年4月该院收治的180例急性坏死性肺炎患儿进行前瞻性研究,设为肺炎组,选取同期180名于该院接受体检的健康儿童,设为对照组。比较两组CysLTs、TNF-α、BNP水平,并随访1年,统计肺炎组患儿存活、死亡情况,比较不同预后患儿CysLTs、TNF-α、BNP水平,分析其与预后的相关性。结果:肺炎组CysLTs、TNF-α、BNP水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);死亡患儿CysLTs、TNF-α、BNP水平均高于存活患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析结果显示,CysLTs、TNF-α、BNP水平与急性坏死性肺炎患儿预后均呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论:CysLTs、TNF-α、BNP水平与急性坏死性肺炎患儿预后均呈正相关。
Objective:To analyze correlations among cysteinyl leukotrienes(CysLTs),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP)levels and prognosis of children with acute necrotizing pneumonia.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 180 children with acute necrotizing pneumonia admitted to the hospital from April 2017 to April 2022,and they were set as pneumonia group.180 healthy children who underwent physical examination in the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of CysLTs,TNF-αand BNP were compared between the two groups.The children with acute necrotizing pneumonia were followed up for 1 year.The survival and death of the children in the pneumonia group were statistically analyzed.The levels of CysLTs,TNF-αand BNP in the children with different prognosis were compared,and their correlations with prognosis were analyzed.Results:The levels of CysLTs,TNF-αand BNP in the pneumonia group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CysLTs,TNF-αand BNP in the dead children were higher than those in the surviving children,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the levels of CysLTs,TNF-αand BNP were positively correlated with the prognosis of the children with acute necrotizing pneumonia(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusions:The levels of CysLTs,TNF-αand BNP are positively correlated with the prognosis of the children with acute necrotizing pneumonia.
