摘要
目的:观察柴黄汤联合常规西药治疗肝硬化患者的效果。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年1月该院收治的100例肝硬化患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各50例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予柴黄汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、糖代谢指标水平、肝功能指标[丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总胆红素]水平和凝血功能指标[凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)]水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、ALT、AST、总胆红素、PT、APTT水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组FIB水平高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:柴黄汤联合常规西药治疗肝硬化患者可提高治疗总有效率,改善凝血功能指标水平,降低肝功能指标和糖代谢指标水平,效果优于单纯常规西药治疗。
Objective:To observe effects of Chaihuang decoction combined with conventional Western medicine in treatment of patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 100 patients with cirrhosis admitted to this hospital from January 2022 to January 2023.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Chaihuang decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the levels of glucose metabolism indexes,the levels of liver function indexes[alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),total bilirubin],and the levels of coagulation function indexes[prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(FIB)]were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.00%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,ALT,AST,total bilirubin,PT and APTT in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the FIB levels of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Chaihuang decoction combined with conventional western medicine can improve the total effective rate of treatment,improve the levels of coagulation function indexes,and reduce the levels of liver function indexes and glucose metabolism indexes in the patients with liver cirrhosis.Moreover,it is superior to single conventional western medicine treatment.
