摘要
富水砂层旋挖灌注桩施工技术是由富水砂层旋挖成孔及常规地层旋挖成孔成桩组成。技术采用旋挖钻头上安装由注浆管钢管固定装置、含喷嘴高压注浆管钢管、高压注浆管软管组成的可拆卸高压注浆装置,高压注浆管软管外接压力泵和泥浆池,在富水砂层段边向下旋挖,边旋转喷射膨润土泥浆,实现钻孔范围内的富水砂层固化,待富水砂层段成孔后即可进行常规地层成孔及后续成桩施工,最终达到了成孔成桩质量目标,降低其对富水砂层影响的同时,还可减少泥浆用量,提高工效。
The construction technology of rotary excavation cast-in-place pile in rich water sand layer is composed of rotary excavation into holes in rich water sand layer and conventional rotary excavation into holes and piles in formation.The technology uses a rotary drilling bit to install a detachable high-pressure grouting device consisting of a grouting pipe steel pipe fixing device,a high-pressure grouting pipe steel pipe with a nozzle,and a high-pressure grouting pipe hose.The high-pressure grouting pipe hose is externally connected to a pressure pump and a mud pool,and the rich water sand layer is rotated downwards while drilling,while spraying bentonite slurry to achieve solidification of the rich water sand layer within the drilling range,After the drilling of the water rich sand layer section,conventional drilling and subsequent pile construction can be carried out,ultimately achieving the quality goal of drilling and pile construction,reducing its impact on the water rich sand layer,as well as reducing the amount of mud used and improving work efficiency.
