摘要
为了提高配电网的供电可靠性,带电合环操作将在今后的配电网运行中得到普遍应用,但在合环前需要进行核相和安全性分析,保证合环操作能够顺利完成。首先分析了配电网带电合环的基本条件和基本原理,然后阐述了配电网带电合环的一次核相方法、二次核相方法及核相的注意事项等,最后介绍了配电网带电合环的安全性分析方法,包括外部等值阻抗的计算、合环电流的计算等,对于提高配电网合环操作的安全性具有一定的价值。
In order to improve the power supply reliability of distribution network,live loop closing operation will become increasingly common in the future operation of distribution network.However,before loop closing,phase detection and safety analysis should be carried out to ensure that loop closing operation can be completed smoothly.This paper first analyzes the basic conditions and principles of live loop closing of the distribution network,then expounds primary and secondary phase detection methods of live loop closing and important points of nuclear phase detection,and finally introduces the safety analysis methods of live loop closing,including the calculation of external equivalent impedance,the calculation of closed loop current,etc.It has certain value to improve the safety of loop closing operation in distribution network.
