油田企业能源费用占其总成本的20%以上。由于管理模式、计量手段落后,自动化程度极低,统计分析不清,因此员工劳动强度大,能源浪费严重,还存在很大的节能降耗空间。针对上述问题,鲁胜公司基于智慧油田建设,人工智能和人的智慧相结合,建立智慧能源管控中心,打造形成“互联网+”智慧能源管控新模式,实现能耗数据在线连续采集,实时远程,智慧统计分析、诊断研判、监控预警、优化决策和精准考核一体化。深化智能绿色油田建设,构建智慧统计分析决策和长效节能机制,提高企业能源智慧化管理水平,大幅降本增效,提高竞争力,成为油田同行智慧能源管控的典范。
The energy cost of oilfield enterprises accounts for more than 20%of the total cost.Because of the backward management mode and measurement means,the low automation degree and unclear statistical analysis,the labor intensity of employees is high and energy waste is serious.So there is a substantial space for energy conservation and consumption reduction.In view of the above issues,Lusheng Company is based on the construction of intelligent oilfield,combined with artificial intelligence and human intelligence,the intelligent energy management and control center is established,making it cause“Internet+”new model of intelligent energy management and control,which realizes the on-line continuous collection of energy consumption with real-time remote transmission.In addition,it is integrated the intelligent statistical analysis,diagnosis and judgment,monitoring and early warning,optimization decision-making and accurate assessment.It's worth mentioning that deepening the construction of smart and green oilfields,building intelligent statistical analysis,decision-making and long energy conservation mechanisms,improving the level of intelligent energy management in enterprises,substantially reducing costs and increasing efficiency and competitiveness have become a model of intelligent energy management and control in oilfield.
