摘要
为探究挂篮结构有限元模拟与现场预压试验相结合这种新的研究思路在曲线连续梁桥悬浇施工挂篮结构安全性和稳定性验算中的适用性及可发展性,以银河—路上跨京沪铁路立交(第四联)预应力混凝土连续梁桥为工程背景,利用有限元软件建立菱形挂篮的有限元模型,对主桁架等主要构件进行强度、刚度及抗倾覆验算,经计算各构件应力等结果均符合规范要求,所用挂篮结构有良好的安全储备;同时结合现场挂篮预压试验各监测点的变形数据进行综合分析,结果表明:有限元结合现场试验这种新的研究模式完全适用于曲线连续梁桥悬浇菱形挂篮安全性及稳定性验算中,而且还可以在连续梁悬臂施工控制中作进一步的探索,有很好的应用前景。
In order to explore the applicability and development of the new research idea of the combination of finite element simulation of hanging basket structure and field preloading test in the safety and stability checking of hanging basket structure in the suspension casting construction of curved continuous girder bridge,the finite element model of diamond shaped hanging basket structure was established by using finite element software under the engineering background of Yinhe Road crossing Beijing—Shanghai Railway overpass(the fourth link).The strength,stiffness and anti-overtilt of the main truss and other main members are checked.The results show that the stress of each member meets the requirements of the code,and the hanging basket structure has a good safety reserve.At the same time,combined with the deformation data of the field basket preloading test at each monitoring point,the results show that the new research mode of finite element combined with field test is completely suitable for the safety and stability checking of the suspension casting diamond basket of curved continuous girder bridge,and can also be further explored in the cantilever construction control of continuous girder,and has a good application prospect.
