摘要
以空调系统构成为基础,详细说明高铁车厢内在制冷和供暖两种工况下的送风过程及冷热风的形成过程,根据车厢内空气质量标准,探究高铁车厢气体环境影响因素以及高铁列车在运行过程中车厢空气质量以及空调系统控制运行模式变化情况。以CRH_3型动车组列车为例,对列车在经过隧道、遭遇紧急情况、车厢外界环境温度变化等不同情况下的车厢内空气环境状态和空调系统运行状态进行探究,得出:列车在正常行驶时运行循环通风模式和整备模式;当经过隧道时车厢转为隧道模式,以缓解车厢内外压力差带来的影响;在车厢内空气温度高于标准时,空调系统运行制冷模式;在车厢内空气温度低于标准时,空调系统运行供暖模式;在车厢外界温度<5℃时,空调系统运行强制制热模式,对易冻结的区域进行加热;在车厢外界温度>40℃时,空调系统运行强制制冷模式,防止高温环境下设备损坏;在供电故障时,空调系统运行应急通风模式,为乘客提供新风;在洗车前,空调系统运行清洗模式,防止新风道风口进水。基于不同空气环境下高铁车厢气体环境监测,从空调系统构成出发,提出空调系统调控策略,为空调系统设备的改善,提高车厢内空气质量和乘客舒适度提供参考。
Based on the composition of the air conditioning system,the air supply process and the formation process of hot and cold air under both cooling and heating conditions in the high-speed rail car are explained in detail,as well as the air quality standards,and the factors affecting the gas environment in the high-speed rail car and the changes in the air quality of the car as well as the control operation mode of the air conditioning system during the operation of the high-speed rail train are explored.Taking CRH_3 trains as an example,the air environment status inside the carriage and the operation status of the air conditioning system under different conditions such as passing through a tunnel,encountering an emergency,and the outside ambient temperature of the carriage changing are explored,and it is concluded that:the train runs the circulating ventilation and the whole preparation modes during normal operation;when passing through a tunnel,the carriage turns into the tunnel mode to alleviate the influence caused by the pressure difference inside and outside the carriage;when the air temperature inside the train is lower than the standard,the air conditioning system runs the cooling mode;when the air temperature inside the train is higher than the standard,it runs the heating mode;when the outside temperature of the car is lower than 5℃,it runs the forced heating mode to heat the area that is easy to freeze;when the outside temperature of the car is higher than 40℃,it runs the forced cooling mode to prevent equipment damage in the high temperature environment;when the power supply fails in case of power supply failure,it runs emergency ventilation mode to provide fresh air for passengers;before washing the car,it runs cleaning mode to prevent water from entering the air outlet of the new air duct.Thus,an air conditioning system regulation strategy based on gas environment monitoring under different air environments is derived.Starting from the composition of the air conditioning system,the air conditioning
