摘要 传统的风电系统能源管理控制方法对储能容量利用的优化程度有限,因此提出了一种新的基于集合经验模态分解的风电储能系统能源管理协调控制方法。采用时空滤波器对风功率信号进行分解,得到固有模态函数分量和趋势分量,从而确定储能系统控制功率分配,建立风电储能设备控制模型,最后实现风电储能系统能源管理协调控制。仿真测试结果表明,采用集合经验模态分解的风电储能系统能源管理控制方法相比于传统方法,能实现更优化的储能设备充放电次数和更有效的储能容量利用,提高了系统的可靠性和能源利用效率。 Traditional energy management and control methods for wind power systems have limited optimization of energy storage capacity utilization.Therefore,a new energy management coordination control method for wind power storage systems based on set empirical mode decomposition is proposed.A spatiotemporal filter is used to decompose the wind power signal,obtain the intrinsic mode function components and trend components,and determine the control power allocation of the energy storage system.A control model for wind power storage equipment is established,and finally,the energy management coordination control of wind power storage system is achieved.The simulation test results show that wind power energy storage management control method of using set empirical mode decomposition can achieve more optimized charging and discharging times of energy storage equipment and more effective utilization of energy storage capacity compared to traditional methods,improving reliability and energy utilization efficiency of the system.
