一株二型蜡蚧菌的鉴定及其对烟蚜的致病性和防效

Identification of a Lecanicillium dimorphum strain:its pathogenicity and control efficacy on Myzus persicae(Hemiptera:Aphididae)

摘要 为获得对烟蚜(Myzus persicae)具有高致病性的昆虫病原真菌,从野外采集的自然感菌烟蚜上分离获得1株病原真菌,命名为HFLD1。通过形态学和分子生物学技术鉴定HFLD1的种属;采用浸虫法在室内研究HFLD1对烟蚜无翅成蚜的致病性;采用喷雾法研究HFLD1对烟蚜的田间防治效果(防效)。结果显示,HFLD1为二型蜡蚧菌(Lecanicillium dimorphum)。室内试验发现,随着HFLD1孢子浓度的增加,烟蚜死亡率随之提高。当HFLD1孢子浓度为1×10^(8)个/mL时,接种后第7 d烟蚜累计校正死亡率达到95.06%,致死中时间为3.28 d。田间试验发现,使用1×10^(8)个/mL的HFLD1悬浮液处理7 d后,对烟蚜的防效达到79.87%。可见,HFLD1菌株对烟蚜具有较强的致病性和较好的防效,可作为潜在的真菌资源应用于烟蚜的生物防治。 To obtain entomopathogenic fungi with high pathogenicity to Myzus persicae,a fungal strain was isolated from the naturally infected M.persicae and designated as HFLD1.The genus and species of HFLD1 were identified by morphological and molecular biological methods.The pathogenicity of HFLD1 against the wingless adult of M.persicae was investigated by a laboratory dip method.The field control efficacy of HFLD1 against M.persicae was tested by the spraying method.The results showed that HFLD1 was Lecanicillium dimorphum.The laboratory experimental results showed that aphid mortality increased with increasing concentration of HFLD1 conidial suspension.After inoculation with an 1×10^(8)/mL concentration of HFLD1 conidial suspension for seven days,the corrected cumulative mortality of M.persicae reached 95.06%,and the median lethal time(LT50)was 3.28 days.The results of the field trial indicated that the control efficacy of HFLD1(1×10^(8) conidia/mL)on M.persicae reached 79.87%at seven days after the treatment.Therefore,HFLD1 had strong pathogenicity and good control efficacy against M.persicae,and the fungal strain could be a potential resource used for biological control of M.persicae.
