采空区液态二氧化碳灌注工艺优选及应用

摘要 当前采空区液态CO_(2)防灭火技术现场应用过程中缺乏合理的工艺方法选择体系。针对采空区防灭火的技术特点,对当前常用防灭火工艺进行对比分析,通过灌注装置、管路选择、降温效果、适用范围和工艺难度5个因素对灌注工艺进行了评价;同时基于张集矿1415(3)工作面实际条件,确定了井下移动式灌注液态CO_(2)工艺,建立了灌注系统,利用数值模拟方法对灌注参数进行了优选和应用。结果表明:埋深30 m时的最佳灌注量为500 m^(3)/h,最佳灌注时间为36.74 h;灌注过程中,上隅角没有出现CO_(2)超限等安全问题,灌注安全性得到保障;现场灌注监测数据符合数值模拟结果,表明现场灌注达到了预期效果。 There is a lack of a reasonable process selection system in the current on-site application of the liquid CO_(2)fire prevention and extinguishing technology in goaf.Aiming at the characteristics of fire prevention technology in goaf,this paper compares the characteristics of the current commonly used fire prevention process and evaluates the injection process in terms of five factors:injection device,pipeline selection,cooling effect,applicability,and process difficulty.Meanwhile,based on the actual conditions of 1415(3)working face in Zhangji Mine,we determined the mobile underground liquid CO_(2)injection process,established the injection system,and optimized the injection parameters by numerical simulation.The results showed that,at a burial depth of 30 m,the optimal injection volume was 500 m^(3)/h and the optimal injection time was 36.74 hours;during the infusion process,no safety problems such as CO_(2)exceeding the limit occurred in the upper corner,ensuring the injection safety;the monitoring data of on-site injection met the numerical simulation results,achieving the expected effect.
