摘要
发电厂汽轮机系统中,凝汽器真空度将直接影响机组的可靠性、安全性、经济性与稳定性,而真空系统的泄漏是造成真空度下降的主要原因。通过氦质谱仪方法对机组真空系统全面检测并应用软处理工艺,系统真空度可以达到电力法规合格标准并促使发电机组经济性得到大幅提高。
In the turbine system of a power plant,condenser vacuum will directly affect the reli⁃ability,safety,economy and stability of the unit,and the leakage of the vacuum system is the main cause of vacuum degradation.By means of helium mass spectrometry for a comprehensive inspection of the unit vacuum system and the application of a soft treatment process,the vacuum of the system can meet the standards of the electricity regulations and lead to a significant improvement in the economy of the generating unit.
