摘要
煤气作为钢铁企业的二次能源,在企业的节能降耗过程中,发挥着重要的作用。煤气对管道、补偿器、排水器等设施的腐蚀,会严重影响企业的安全生产。通过对煤气介质成分的分析,明确造成煤气设施腐蚀的原因,采取更换耐腐蚀的煤气管道以及对煤气冷凝水落水管喇叭口、波纹补偿器进行在线治漏,有效解决了转炉煤气管网及附属设备腐蚀问题,为企业安全生产保驾护航。
As the secondary energy source for iron and steel enterprises,gas plays an important role in the process of energy saving and consumption reduction.The corrosion of gas on pipelines,compensators,drains and other facilities can seriously affect the safety of the enterprise.By analyz⁃ing the composition of the gas medium and identifying the causes of corrosion of the gas facilities,the company took the measures of replacing the corrosion-resistant gas pipelines as well as on-line leakage control for the gas condensate downpipe flares and corrugated compensators,which effec⁃tively solved the problem of corrosion of the converter's gas pipeline network and ancillary equip⁃ment,so as to protect the company's safe production.
