摘要
通过对卧式永磁调速器在高速运行过程中,电动机振动值严重超标的原因分析,发现电动机的振动是由卧式永磁调速器导体盘随着转速的增加,导体盘的离心力急剧增加引起的。采用对调速器的导体盘增加一个固定支座的方式降低由导体盘离心力所引起的振动,降低了电动机的振动值,保证了设备的平稳运行,减少了设备事故的发生。
By analyzing the reason why the motor vibration value seriously exceeds the stan⁃dard during the high-speed operation of the horizontal permanent magnet governor,it is found that the vibration of the motor is caused by the sharp increase of centrifugal force of the horizontal perma⁃nent magnet governor conductor disk due to the increase of the rotational speed.By adding a fixed support to the conductor disk of the governor to reduce the vibration caused by the centrifugal force of the conductor disk,it reduces the vibration value of the motor,ensures the smooth operation of the equipment,and reduces the occurrence of equipment accidents.
