摘要
作为自然资源丰富的传统农业大国,水力应用在我国农业生产领域已有悠久的历史。我国古代先民在长期的生产劳作中,创造发明了水碓、水硙(水磨)等以水为动力的粮食加工机械,在推动农业技术创新与进步的同时,促进了经济社会发展。地处西南边疆的大理地区,经济、社会、科技等总体都滞后于中原地区,但至迟到唐代水碓、水硙就已经出现;明清时期,随着边疆开发治理的深入,水碓硙得到更大范围的推广使用;民国以后,随着电力的发展与推广,水碓、水硙逐渐淡出了人们的生产生活。
As a traditional agricultural country with abundant natural resources,hydraulic application has a long history in Chinese agricultural production.Our ancestors created water-powered grain pro⁃cessing machinery,such as water-powered trip-hammer and water mill,which have promoted econom⁃ic and social development while promoting agricultural technology innovation and progress.Since the Dali region,located in the southwest frontier,is lagging behind Yellow River area in terms of economy,society,science and technology in general,water-powered trip-hammer and water mill only appeared in the late Tang dynasty.During the Ming and Qing dynasties,with the deepening of the development and governance of the frontier,water-powered trip-hammer and water mill were more widely used.Af⁃ter the Republic of China era,with the development and promotion of electric power,water-powered trip-hammer and water mill gradually fade out people's production and living.
