芳香类唐菖蒲花香成分分析

摘要 为分析芳香类唐菖蒲挥发性物质的成分,选取了Yehuo、Alatus、Carnatus、Angustus和Tritis共5个唐菖蒲品种进行了GC-MS挥发性代谢组分析。结果表明,芳香类唐菖蒲共检测出挥发性物质624种,分为16类,其中具香味挥发性物质314种。其中芳樟醇、紫苏烯、α-氧化蒎烯、β-紫罗兰酮、小茴香酮和β-罗勒烯6种萜类物质在5个品种中含量均较高。通过定量分析发现,唐菖蒲香味类型分为3种类型,Alatus、Yehuo和Carnatus这3个品种的具香味挥发性物质以萜类物质芳樟醇为主,品种Angustus具香味挥发性物质以含氮化合物柠檬腈为主,而品种Tritis以苯丙酸类/苯环型化合物苯甲酸甲酯和子香酚为主。综上表明,芳香类唐菖蒲作为春花型唐菖蒲的一个大类,其品种间的花香物质成分具有非常大的差异,通过杂交育种可以进一步丰富芳香类唐菖蒲花香类型。 In order to analyze the constituents of volatile substances of aromatic Gladiolus,five varieties of Yehuo,Alatus,Carnatus,Angustus and Tritis were selected for GC-MS volatile metabolome analysis.The results showed that 624 kinds of volatile substances were detected in aromatic Gladiolus,which were divided into 16 kinds,among which 314 kinds were aromatic volatile substances.Six terpenoids,including linalool,perillene,α-pinene oxide,β-ionone,fenisone andβ-basil,had high content in the five varieties.The quantitative analysis showed that the aroma types of Gladiolus were divided into three types.The aromatic volatile substances of Alatus,Yehuo and Carnatus were mainly the terpenoid linalool.The aromatic volatile compounds of Angustus are mainly nitrogenous compounds citronitrile,while Tritis is mainly phenylpropionic acids/phenyl ring compounds methyl benzoate and carbanol.In conclusion,as a major category of spring Gladiolus,the floral constituents of aromatic Gladiolus are very different among varieties,and the floral types of aromatic Gladiolus can be further enriched through cross breeding.
