摘要
介绍了一种新型涤纶相变复合纤维——JOULELON®超焓纤维,皮层为聚酯,芯层采用最新的相变材料。这种相变复合纤维具有独特的热力学特性,在人体舒适的温度范围内(25~30℃)有相变现象,用差式扫描量热仪可以检测到熔融焓和结晶焓。介绍了相变长丝和短纤维产品及其应用,并对其未来的应用进行了展望。
A new type of polyester phase change composite fiber—JOULELON®chaohan fiber is intro-duced.The skin is polyester and the core is made of the latest phase change material.This kind of phase change composite fiber has unique thermodynamic properties,and phase change occurs in the comfortable temperature range(25~30℃)of human body.The enthalpy of melting and crystallization can be detected by differential scanning calorimeter.The products and applications of filaments and staple fibers are intro-duced,and their future applications are prospected.
