热轧粗轧机组轧辊疲劳预报模型

ROLL FATIGUE PREDICTION MODEL FOR A HOT-ROLLED ROUGHING MILL

摘要 针对某钢厂2050热轧机组生产过程中轧辊容易受到复杂的应力应变条件而产生疲劳失效的问题,结合现场设备及实际生产工况,分析了轧辊裂纹失效机理以及轧辊剥落失效机理。在此基础上,采用高温应变疲劳寿命法,计算轧辊从无裂纹到出现细微裂纹时的疲劳寿命,并运用断裂力学理论,计算轧辊的疲劳裂纹扩展寿命。综合运用高温应变疲劳寿命法和断裂力学理论建立轧辊疲劳预报模型,并编制粗轧机组轧辊疲劳预报软件,定量计算出不同轧制工艺参数下轧辊在线使用时间和轧辊需换下修磨时的裂纹深度等参数。结果表明,在频率修正函数指数为1.73情况下,工作辊需换下的修磨裂纹深度所经历的循环数为12 156.9,疲劳寿命为1 843.1 h;在频率修正指数为2.018情况下,支撑辊需换下的修磨裂纹深度所经历的循环数为61 852.2,轧辊疲劳寿命时间为9 365.5 h。通过对比现场实际生产数据,本文所述模型的预报参数与之相吻合,可以确保轧辊的轧制效率、精度及持续利用价值,并提高热轧粗轧机轧辊的轧制续航能力以及机组的轧制稳定性与轧制效率。 To solve the problem that the rolls of 2050 hot rolling mill of a steel mill are susceptible to fatigue failure due to complex stress-strain conditions in the production process,the crack failure mechanism of rolls and the failure mechanism of roll spalling are analyzed by combining the field equipment and actual production conditions.On this basis,the fatigue life of the roll from no crack to fine crack is calculated by using the high-temperature strain fatigue life method,and the fatigue crack propagation life of the roll is calculated by using the fracture mechanics theory.The high temperature strain fatigue life method and fracture mechanics theory were comprehensively used to establish the roll fatigue prediction model,and the roll fatigue prediction software of the roughing mill was compiled to quantitatively calculate the online use time of the roll under different rolling process parameters and the crack depth when the roll needs to be replaced for grinding.The results show that when the frequency correction function index is 1.73,the number of cycles experienced by the grinding crack depth of the work roll to be replaced is 12156.9,and the fatigue life is 1843.1 h.When the frequency correction index is 2.018,the number of cycles experienced by the grinding crack depth of the support roll to be replaced is 61852.2,and the fatigue life time of the roll is 9365.5 h.By comparing the actual production data on site,the prediction parameters of the model described in this paper are in good agreement,which can ensure the rolling efficiency,accuracy and sustainable utilization value of the rolls,and improve the rolling endurance of the rolls of the hot rolling roughing mill and the rolling stability and rolling efficiency of the unit.
