摘要
缅甸道耶坎Ⅱ级水电站工程处于热带雨林地区,坝址区岩体岩性软弱、岩体风化程度强烈,抗冲刷能力差,建坝条件复杂。为解决上述建坝难题,将高面板堆石坝大部分趾板建于全风化层岩体之上,结合地质条件优化大坝结构、坝体分区、筑坝材料设计,结合筑坝材料碾压试验、大坝数值计算分析等手段,差异性地利用坝址区开挖的堆石料,以减少弃渣对环境的影响;再根据现场开挖揭露的地质情况,实时对趾板线和趾板建基面高程进行动态设计和调整,以节约工程量,确保面板堆石坝的坝体安全。监测成果表明:面板堆石坝运行效果良好,符合面板堆石坝一般规律,面板堆石坝设计合理。研究成果可供类似地区面板堆石坝设计参考。
The ThaukyegatⅡHydropower Station in Myanmar is located in tropical rainforest area,the rock mass in the engineering area is characterized by weak lithology,strong weathering,poor erosion resistance,and complex dam construction conditions.In order to solve the problems encountered during the dam construction process mentioned above,most of the toe slabs of the high face rockfill dam were built on the fully weathered rock mass,and the dam structure,dam body zoning,and dam material design were optimized based on geological conditions.By methods such as rolling tests of dam materials and numerical calculation analysis,the excavated rockfill materials in the dam site area were utilized to reduce the impact of waste on the environment.The design of the toe slab line and its foundation elevation was dynamically adjusted based on the geological conditions exposed by on-site excavation,which can save engineering cost and ensuring dam safety.The monitoring results indicated that the operation effect of the concrete faced rockfill dam was good,which conforms to the general laws of the concrete faced rockfill dam.The rationality of the design of this concrete faced rockfill dam was verified.The research results can provide a reference for the design of faced rockfill dams in similar area.
