聚丁烯-1熔喷非织造材料的制备及性能探究 被引量:1

摘要 将聚丁烯-1树脂通过熔喷工艺制成熔喷非织造材料,对所得非织造材料试样进行测试表征,并与聚丙烯熔喷非织造材料进行性能对比。结果表明,聚丁烯-1熔喷非织造材料具有良好的拉伸性能,吸油性能和吸声等性能较好,但与聚丙烯熔喷非织造材料相比仍存在不足。 Polybutene-1 melt-blown nonwoven materials were obtained from polybutene-1 resin by melt-blown nonwoven process.The nonwoven samples were tested and characterized,and their properties were compared with those of polypropylene melt-blown nonwovens.The results show that polybutene-1 melt-blown nonwovens have good tensile properties,while their oil absorption and sound absorption properties are good,but not as good as polypropylene melt-blown nonwovens.
