摘要
为应对城市存量发展阶段下实体空间难以满足市民多元需求等困境,城市综合体作为现代商业综合体发展的高级形态,成为实现高密度城市立体化、高质量发展的关键突破口。作为现代化城市空间治理新平台,城市综合体具有提升空间效能、响应公众需求、平衡供需关系的空间治理优势。当前,城市综合体通过链接城市、改善环境、丰富生活、延续文脉4个方面来创新供给公共服务。未来,有必要依托城市综合体在高密度城市开发过程中实现生产空间、生活空间、生态空间“三生合一”的发展范式。
The mixed-use complex is an advanced form of modern commercial complex development that can address the challenges of physical space in urban stock development,such as meeting the diverse needs of citizens.It's also a key way to achieve high-density,high-quality,and three-dimensional urban development.As a new platform for modern urban space governance,mixed-use complexes have the advantages of improving spatial efficiency,responding to public needs,and balancing supply and demand.At present,mixed-use complexes provide innovative public services in 4 aspects:linking cities,improving the environment,enriching life,and inheriting culture.In the future,mixed-use complexes will play an important role in integrating production space,living space,and ecological space in high-density urban development.
