摘要
目的探讨B超介导下清宫术在小月份药物流产不全中的临床效果,为药物流产不全的临床干预提供相关参考。方法选取佛山市南海区第七人民医院2019年1月—2020年11月收治的怀孕5~7周药物流产不全清宫手术患者124例作为研究对象,随机将患者分为对照组和研究组各62例。对照组接受清宫术治疗,研究组在B超介导下行清宫术治疗。比较两组患者清宫术时间、术中出血量、术后二次清宫、术后宫颈粘连、人工流产综合征发生率以及月经恢复正常时间。结果研究组清宫术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组二次清宫率为0.00%,低于对照组的11.29%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.418,P<0.05)。研究组术后宫颈粘连率、人工流产综合征发生率低于对照组,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组月经恢复正常时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下清宫术避免了手术者操作的盲目性,提高了手术成功率,并降低了手术难度,有效减少术后近期并发症及再次清宫,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of curettage surgery under the guidance of B-ultrasound for incomplete drug induced abortion in early months,and provide relevant reference for clinical intervention of incomplete drug induced abortion.Methods A total of 124 patients with incomplete drug induced abortion at 5-7 weeks of pregnancy under curettage surgery admitted to the Seventh People's Hospital of Nanhai District of Foshan from January 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 62 cases in each group.The control group received curettage surgery treatment,while the study group received curettage surgery treatment under the guidance of B-ultrasound.The time of curettage surgery,intraoperative bleeding volume,the rate of postoperative secondary curettage surgery,the rate of postoperative cervical adhesions,the rate of abortion syndrome and menstrual recovery time of patients between the two groups were compared.Results The curettage surgery time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the volume of intraoperative bleeding was less than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The secondary curettage surgery rate in the study group was 0.00%,which was lower than 11.29%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.418,P<0.05).The postoperative cervical adhesion rate and incidence of abortion syndrome in the study group were lower than those in the control group,but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The menstrual recovery time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Curettage surrgery under the guidance of B-ultrasound could avoid the blindness of the operator,improve the success rate of the surgery,reduce the difficulty of the surgery,effectively reduce recent postoperative complications and re-curettage,which wa
