摘要
目的分析舒适护理在小儿社区获得性肺炎雾化吸入治疗中的应用价值。方法选取2022年9月-2023年2月遵义医科大学第三附属医院收治的106例社区获得性肺炎患儿作为研究对象,均采用雾化吸入治疗并给予常规护理,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组联合舒适护理进行干预,比较两组患儿症状消失时间、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、护理满意度。结果观察组咳嗽、咳痰和肺部啰音消失时间均较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后两组患儿SDS评分和SAS评分均显著下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿护理满意度高于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理能够有效改善小儿社区获得性肺炎雾化吸入治疗患儿的心理状态和治疗效果,护理满意度好。
Objective To investigate the application value of comfort nursing in atomization inhalation therapy for children with community acquired pneumonia.Methods 106 children with community-acquired pneumonia admitted to our hospital from September 2022 to February 2023 were chosen as subjects,and patients were treated with nebulization inhalation and received routine care,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the observation group was intervened with comfort nursing,and the time of symptom disappearance,Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The disappearance time of cough,phlegm,and lung rales in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the SDS score and SAS score of the two groups of children significantly decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comfort nursing in atomization inhalation therapy for children with community acquired pneumonia can help improve their psychological state and treatment effectiveness,and with good nursing satisfaction.
