摘要
目的针对慢性病患者接受社区慢性病护理管理的具体方法展开研究,并探讨该方法对患者生活质量、自我管理能力等方面产生的影响。方法选入110例慢性病患者为研究对象,时间为2020年1月-2021年12月,应用单双号分组原则将其分为两组,即对照组和试验组,每组55例,分别施以常规护理管理、社区慢性病护理管理,对比两组护理效果。结果试验组护理后各项生活质量评分、自我管理能力评分均显著升高,且高于对照组,P<0.05;该组护理总满意度和总遵医依从率显著高于对照组,P<0.05;该组护理后各项负面情绪评分均显著降低,且低于对照组,P<0.05。结论开展社区慢性病护理管理方法,有助于提升慢性病患者的生活质量及自我管理能力,并缓解其负面情绪,对提高其遵医行为,增强护理满意度具有积极作用,值得推广使用。
Objective To study the specific method of community chronic disease nursing management for patients with chronic diseases,and to explore the impact of this method on patients'quality of life and self-management ability.Methods A total of 110 patients with chronic diseases were selected as research subjects from January 2020 to December 2021,and the principle of single and even number grouping was applied,divided into two groups,with 55 cases in each group,including control group and experimental group,and routine nursing management and community chronic disease nursing management were applied respectively,and the nursing effect of the two was controlled.Results The quality of life scores and self-management ability scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.05,the total nursing satisfaction statistics and total compliance rate in this group were significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.05,and the negative emotional scores after nursing in this group were significantly lower and lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The development of community chronic disease nursing management methods can help improve the quality of life and self-management ability of patients with chronic diseases,and alleviate their negative emotions,which has many positive effects on improving their compliance behavior and enhancing nursing satisfaction,which is suitable for popularization.
