摘要
文章以新建海宁市丁桥镇初级中学设计为例,随着丁桥镇域内原丁桥初中和新仓初中两所初级中学易地合并办学,新建学校需满足30班的现代化教学任务,又不超建安单方3245元的造价上限。在严苛的条件局限、经费限制下,文章研究、采取多种在地策略,进而构建富有江南韵味、书院精神与功能多样复合的聚落型、经济型、本土型校园教学新场所。
The paper takes the design of the newly built Dingqiao Town Junior High School in Haining City as an example.With the merger of the original Dingqiao Junior High School and Xincang Junior High School in Dingqiao Town,the newly built school needs to meet the modern teaching task of 30 classes and not exceed the cost limit of 3245 yuan per square meter for Jian'an.Under strict conditions and funding constraints,this paper studies and adopts various local strategies to build a new settlement based,economic based,and local campus teaching venue that is rich in Jiangnan charm,academy spirit,and diverse functions.
