摘要
目的:通过手术室人性化护理干预腹腔镜下阑尾切除术患者,以期改善其并发症和睡眠质量。方法:选取2021年1月至2021年12月福建省政和县医院收治的腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者106例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组53例。对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组予以手术室人性化护理干预,对比2组术后并发症与睡眠质量。结果:观察组卧床、术后排气、住院等时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后1 d、术后3 d、术后5 d睡眠质量评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率3.77%低于对照组18.87%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术室人性化护理干预在腹腔镜下阑尾切除术患者身上应用效果显著,提高睡眠质量,值得推广。
Objective:To intervene in patients undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy through humanized nursing interventions in the operating room,in order to improve their complications and sleep quality.Methods:A total of 106 patients with laparoscopic appendectomy admitted to Zhenghe County Hospital,Fujian Nanping from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 53 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received humanized nursing intervention in the operating room.The postoperative complications and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results:The observation group had shorter bedtime,postoperative exhaust,and hospitalization compared to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sleep quality score of observation group was lower than that in the control group at 1 day,3 days,and 5 days after surgery,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.77%lower than that in the control group,which was 18.87%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanized nursing intervention in the operating room has a significant effect on patients undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy,improving sleep quality,and is worth promoting.
