齿轮动态应力无线测试系统开发及应用

摘要 齿轮传动过程中承受复杂应力状态,在循环载荷下可能发生齿轮接触疲劳和弯曲疲劳失效,齿轮动态应力的准确测量是保障其传动稳定性与可靠性的重要途径。基于STM32微控制器设计数据采集和无线传输电路,编写数据处理、显示、存储的上位机程序,开发了齿轮动态应力无线测试系统。在齿轮弯曲疲劳试验中进行了测试,其结果表明,齿根弯曲应力测试值与ISO标准计算值的误差在5%以内,与有限元计算值的最大误差在10%以内,验证了该测试系统具有较高的准确性。 Gears experience complex stress states during the process of transmission,and may suffer from contact fatigue and bending fatigue failures under cyclic loading.Accurate measurement of dynamic stress of gears is an important way to ensure the transmission stability and reliability.In this work a data acquisition and wireless transmission circuit is designed based on the STM32 microcontroller,an upper PC program is developed for data processing,display,and storage,and develops the gear dynamic stress wireless test system.The system was tested in a gear bending fatigue experiment,and the results showed that the error between the measured value of the tooth root bending stress and the calculated value according to the ISO standard was within 5%,and the maximum error with the finite element calculation value was within 10%,which proves that the test system has high accuracy.
