摘要
以华南山区一隧道建设为例,针对如何保证铁路岩溶隧道安全运行问题,从衬砌结构、渗漏水治理及涌砂整治等方面介绍隧道施工遇到类似问题的处理思路。隧道二衬施作完成以后,雨季期间环向盲管出水、涌砂,积满中心水沟,为解决涌砂对运营危害的问题,遵循“防、排、截、堵相结合,因地制宜、综合治理”的原则,设置防水板、排水板、泄水孔、盲管、增设集水廊道及过水涵洞等切实可靠的措施,达到防水可靠、排水(沙)畅通、经济合理的目的。
Taking a tunnel construction in the southern mountainous area of China as an example,aimming at the problem that how to ensure the safe operation of railway in karst tunnel,the thoughts about the treatment of lining structure,water leakage,sand gushing and other similar problems encountered in tunnel construction were introduced herein.After the second lining was applied,there in rainy season arose effluent discharge and sand gushing at circumferential blind pipe,and then filled in the central ditch.In order to solve the problem of railway operation endangered by sand gushing,the following principles were complied with,i.e.combining prevention,drainage,interception and blocking and adjusting the measures to local conditions to make comprehensive governance,including setting up waterproof board,drainage board,drainage hole and blind pipe,adding collection gallery and draining culvert,and other feasible and reliable measures,and then realize reliable waterproofing and smooth drainage and sediment removal with reasonable cost.
