摘要
无加热炉连铸直轧技术的自主开发和应用对推进我国轧钢行业节能减排具有重大意义。结合实际工程,介绍了长材无加热炉连铸直轧技术的发展,并对常见的3种直轧技术,即铸坯入轧低温且温差大时提速快送技术、铸坯入轧高温且温差较小时封闭保温技术、铸坯入轧高温且无温差时在线补热技术的特点和应用情况进行了阐述,分析了直轧技术在应用中的各种问题和解决方法,为企业选择不同的连铸直轧技术方式提供了参考,同时对未来连铸直轧技术进行了展望。
The self-development and application of continuous casting and direct rolling(CCDR)technologies without using reheating furnace is great significance for promoting energy conservation and emission reduction in steel rolling industry of China.Based on practical engineering,the development of CCDR technologies for long products without using reheating furnace was introduced.The characteristics and applications of three typical technologies,i.e.the accelerating and faster transporting technology under low rolling temperature and large temperature difference of billet,the closed insulation technology under high rolling temperature and small temperature difference of billet,and the online heat supplement technology under high rolling temperature and no temperature difference of billet were elaborated.The various problems and solutions in application were also analyzed,providing a reference for enterprises to choose different CCDR technologies.In the end,prospects for the future development of CCDR technologies were proposed.
