杭州市湖滨商业街道空间形态的句法特征探究

摘要 商业街道空间形态是城市经济发展和社会繁荣的物质载体,因此需要更科学、更客观的分析和研判。选取杭州市湖滨商业街道作为研究个案,运用空间句法原理和方法,建构湖滨商业街道周边空间和内部空间的线段模型,从可达性指标和穿行度指标两个层面展开客观、科学的空间形态量化分析,从而揭示出杭州市湖滨商业街道的空间形态句法特征。研究结果表明,随着出行距离的增加,杭州市湖滨商业街道中可达性的高值区域逐渐趋向于靠近西湖的街道,而交通流量穿行度的高值区域也由湖滨银泰C区的商业区块街道逐渐转移至南北向的交通主干道。通过探究商业街道的句法特征量化其空间形态,以期为相关规划设计和城市建设提供一定的思路借鉴和参考价值。 The spatial morphology of commercial streets is the material carrier of economic development and social prosperity in the city,and therefore requires more scientific and objective analysis and judgment.This research selects Hubin commercial streets in Hangzhou as a study case,applies the principles and methods of space syntax to construct the line segment model of the surrounding space and internal space of Hubin commercial streets,and develops an objective and scientific quantitative analysis of spatial morphology from two levels:accessibility index and crossing degree index,so as to reveal the syntactic characteristics of the spatial morphology of Hubin commercial streets in Hangzhou.The results show that with the increase of the travel distance,the high-value area of accessibility in the Hubin commercial streets of Hangzhou gradually tends to the streets close to the West Lake,and the high-value area of crossing degree is gradually transferred from IN77 District C to the northsouth traffic artery.By researching the space syntax features of commercial streets and quantifying their spatial morphology,it is expected to provide certain ideas and reference value for relevant planning and design and urban construction.
