摘要
针对弦支混凝土集成楼盖装配化程度低、施工繁琐等问题,提出了装配式弦支混凝土组合楼盖。为研究其施工阶段力学性能,对组合楼盖的拉索进行分级张拉试验,分析了组合楼盖在各级张拉完成后撑杆的竖向位移变化以及叠合板肋梁和板间连接件应力变化,并采用Midas/gen软件模拟组合楼盖施工阶段。研究结果表明,在整个张拉施工阶段,H型短钢连接件作为主要受力连接构件,所有连接件应力均在弹性范围内变化;叠合板的肋梁应力变化较小;直到张拉完成后,跨中竖向位移达到最大跨度的1/600;试验分析结果与有限元分析结果基本一致,说明采用有限元分析方法可以较好地模拟试验中连接件和肋梁的应力变化以及撑杆位移变化规律。
In view of the problems of low fabricated level and complicated construction in the cable-supported concrete floor,a fabricated cable-supported concrete composite floor was proposed.In order to study the mechanical properties of the composite floor during the construction stage,graded tension tests were conducted on the cables of the composite floor.The vertical displacement changes of the strut and the stress changes of the laminated slab beams and the connections between the laminated slab were analyzed after the completion of each stage of tension.The composite floor during the construction stage was simulated using Midas/gen software.The research results indicate that throughout the entire tension construction stage,H-shaped short steel connectors serve as the main force connecting components,and all connectors have stress changes within the elastic range.The stress change of the laminated slab beams are relatively small.The vertical displacement in the middle of the span reaches 1/600 of the maximum span until the tension is completed.The results of the test are basically consistent with the finite element analysis results,indicating that the finite element analysis method can better simulate the stress changes of the connectors and the laminated slab beams and the displacement changes of the strut in the test.
