基于智慧城市建设的共享停车系统

摘要 随着我国国民经济水平的快速发展,城市机动车数量快速增长,导致交通供需矛盾日益突出,不仅体现在动态交通上,也反映在以停车设施为代表的静态交通上,“停车难”成为影响居民出行的民生问题。停车的相关建筑设施数量与汽车持有量差距较大是导致停车难问题的根源性原因,然而,现有部分停车设施利用率不高、配套设施不完善也加剧了这一问题。“共享车位”的理念能合理地分配、共享泊车位的资源和泊车需求之间的信息。该项目以“互联网+共享停车”的理念,设计一套基于物联网、互联网和移动智能终端数据共享交换平台技术相结合的城市共享停车管理服务系统,促进停车设施的有效盘活、高效利用,推进城区区域模块化停车、泊位有偿错时共享停车,进而解决停车供需的矛盾。 With the rapid development of Chinese national economic level,the rapid growth of the number of urban motor vehicles results in the increasingly prominent contradiction between traffic supply and demand,which not only reflects in dynamic traffic,but also reflects in the static traffic represented by parking facilities,and the“parking difficulty”has become a people's livelihood problem affecting residents'travel.The large gap between the number of parking-related building facilities and the number of car ownership is the root cause of the parking difficulty problem.However,the low utilization rate of some existing parking facilities and the imperfect supporting facilities have also exacerbated this problem.The concept of“shared parking spaces”can rationally distribute,share resources of parking space and information between and parking needs.With the concept of“Internet+Shared Parking”,this project designs a set of urban shared parking management service system based on the combination of Internet of Things,Internet and mobile intelligent terminal data sharing and exchange platform technology.It promotes the effective revitalization and efficient utilization of parking facilities,and promotes modular parking in urban areas,pay for shared parking when the parking spaces at different times,thereby solving the contradiction between parking supply and demand.
