摘要
为消除地表水总磷测定过程中浊度的干扰,采用显色后离心、中速定性滤纸过滤、0.45μm微孔滤膜过滤、浊度-色度补偿法四种方法对地表水消解后浑浊的水样进行处理,对比其空白、检出限、测定下限、精密度、准确度等指标。分析结果显示消解后用0.45μm滤膜过滤处理的结果最理想,空白吸光度≤0.007,检出限≤0.01mg/L,测定下限≤0.04mg/L,精密度RSD≤9.1%,准确度(回收率)在90%~106%。
In order to eliminate the interference of turbidity in the determination of total phosphorus in surface water,four methods were used to treat the turbid water samples after surface water digestion,including centrifugation after color development,medium speed qualitative filter paper filtration,0.45μm microporous filter membrane filtration and turbidity-chroma compensation method.The blank space,detection limit,determination limit,precision and accuracy were compared.The analytical results showed that the optimal filtration treatment with 0.45μm filter membrane after digestion was achieved.The blank absorbance was less than or equal to 0.007,the detection limit was less than or equal to 0.01 mg/L,the lower limit was less than or equal to 0.04 mg/L,the precision RSD was less than or equal to 9.1%,and the accuracy(recovery)was in the range of 90%~106%.
