摘要
[目的]本研究旨在明确华北落叶松释放的化学物质,为筛选华北落叶松对昆虫具有引诱或趋避活性的化学物质提供参考。[方法]应用动态顶空吸附法对不同状态下的华北落叶松枝条进行挥发物收集,结合气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其挥发物进行分析鉴定。[结果]3种不同状态下共鉴定出59种挥发物,健康、虫害、机械损伤3种处理状态下的华北落叶松植株释放的化学物质分别为52、53、53种,包括芳香烃、酮、醇、萜烯、酯、醛、酸、酚、烷烃、醚10类化合物,含量较高的有4类化合物,其中烷烃含量最高,依次是酮类、萜烯类和醛类化合物,其余6类化合物含量较低。健康状态下特有的挥发物有3种,分别为庚烷、1,3,5-三乙基苯和正二十七烷;虫害状态下特有的挥发物也有3种,分别为3-蒈烯、正己烷和正二十八烷;机械损伤状态下未检测到特有的挥发物。3种状态下共有的化合物有45种,含量高的有4-乙基苯甲醛、3-乙基苯乙酮、4-乙基苯乙酮、β-蒎烯和(+)-α-蒎烯5种化合物;有差异显著性的化合物有5种,分别为(+)-α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、十六醛、2,2’-亚甲基双-(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)和2,6,10-三甲基十二烷;主要成分萜烯类中(+)-α-蒎烯和β-蒎烯含量较高,且其中机械损伤和虫害状态的(+)-α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯显著高于健康状态的(P<0.05)。[结论]华北落叶松枝条在健康、虫害、机械损伤3种不同处理状态下以烷烃和萜烯类的变化为主,机械损伤状态下烷烃类相对含量比健康和虫害状态下高约10%,萜烯类的含量低约15%。
[Objective]The aim of the study was to clarify the chemical substances emitted by Larix principis-rupprechtii Mayr,and to provide a reference for identifying chemicals that might attract or repel insects of L.principis-rupprechtii.[Methods]The dynamic headspace adsorption method was used to extract volatiles from branches of L.principis-rupprechtii under three different conditions,including healthy,mechanically damaged,and insect damaged.The volatiles were identified and analyzed using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)technology.[Results]The results showed that a total of 59 volatile compounds were identified under three conditions.The branches of L.principis-rupprechtii released 52,53 and 53kinds of volatiles under three treatment conditions of health,pest,and mechanical damage,respectively.These compounds encompassed ten categories:aromatic hydrocarbons,ketones,alcohols,terpenes,esters,aldehydes,acids,phenols,alkanes,and ethers.Four categories showed higher levels,with alkanes being the most abundant,followed by ketones,terpenes,and aldehydes,while the remaining six categories exhibited lower levels.There were three unique volatile compounds under the healthy condition,such as heptane,1,3,5-triethylbenzene,and n-heptacosane.Under insect-infested conditions,three unique volatiles were detected,including 3-carene,n-hexane,and n-octadecane.No specific volatiles were detected under the mechanical damage condition.Forty-five compounds were shared across all three conditions,with four compounds exhibiting higher contents:4-ethylbenzaldehyde,3-ethylacetophenone,4-ethylacetophenone,andβ-pinene and(+)-pinene.Five compounds displayed significant differences,namely(+)-α-pinene,β-pinene,cetylaldehyde,2,2'-methylene bis-(4-methyl-6-tert-butylphenol),and 2,6,10-trimethyl-dodecane.Among the major components,(+)-α-pinene,β-pinene,and 2,2'-methylene bis-(4-methyl-6-tert-butylphenol)showed significantly higher concentrations.Notable,the(+)-α-pinene andβ-pinene levels under mechanically injury and insect infestat
