摘要
使用钨极气体保护(Tungsten inert gas welding,TIG)焊对FeCrAl合金板材进行双面及多层多道焊接,填充材料为等成分的FeCrAl合金丝材。焊后焊缝区为粗大的铁素体组织,热影响区为细小的等轴晶组织。本工作研究了焊接工艺参数对焊接接头的显微组织特征及力学性能的影响。经双面TIG焊焊接的FeCrAl合金板材,热处理后焊接接头的最大抗拉强度值为400 MPa,约为母材强度的52.2%。经多层多道TIG焊焊接的FeCrAl合金板材,热处理后焊接接头的最大抗拉强度值为482 MPa,约为母材强度的62.3%,可以满足FeCrAl合金板材焊接接头作为承重结构时的力学性能需求。
TIG welding was used to weld FeCrAl alloy sheet with two sides and multiple layers.The filling material was FeCrAl alloy wire.The weld zone is composed of coarse ferrite microstructure.The heat affected zone is composed of fine equiaxed crystal microstructure.The effect of wel-ding parameters on microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joints was investigated.The maximum tensile strength of the welded joint after heat treatment reaches 400 MPa,about 52.2%of the base metal’strength.The maximum tensile strength of the welded joint after heat treatment reaches 482 MPa,about 62.3%of the base metal’strength,which can meet the mechanical properties of the welded joint of FeCrAl alloy sheet as load-bearing structure.
