摘要
针状焦作为一种重要的新型碳质能源材料,被广泛用于电炉炼钢石墨电极、锂离子电池负极及高端碳素制品。偏光显微结构对针状焦的性能有着至关重要的影响,如何在制备过程中有效地调控中间相的生长情况和结构形态是制备针状焦的关键。建立微观结构和针状焦性能间的构效关系有利于实现产品的快速评价。综述了光学组织分析在针状焦制备和性能评价中的应用,分别介绍了原料和制备工艺对光学组织结构的影响,光学组织结构与热膨胀系数的关系以及用于分析的智能软件和图像处理技术,并对偏光显微结构分析应用于针状焦的研究进行了展望,为工艺优化及产品快速评价提供依据。
Needle coke is an important new carbon energy material,widely used in graphite electrodes for electric furnace steelmaking,lithium-ion battery anode materials,and high-end carbon products.The polarized microstructure has a crucial impact on the performance of needle coke.How to effectively regulate the growth and structural morphology of mesophase during the preparation process is the key to preparing needle coke.The structure-activity relationship between the microstructure and the properties of needle coke is beneficial to the rapid evaluation of the product.This article summarizes the application of optical texture analysis in the preparation and performance evaluation of needle coke,introduces the effects of raw materials and preparation processes on the optical texture structure,the relationship between optical texture structure and the coefficient of thermal expansion,as well as the intelligent software and image processing technology for analysis.The application of polarized light microstructure analysis in needle coke research has been prospected.It provides a basis for process optimization and efficient product evaluation.
