摘要
采用细内径的DB-1毛细管色谱柱(φ0.10 mm×40 m×0.20 mm)和优化的气相色谱分析条件,建立了甲醇制烯烃(MTO)副产汽油的快速PONA分析方法。该方法以氦气作载气,同时采用相对较小的分流比,总体分离效果良好,可以大幅度缩短分析时间,具有良好的应用前景。应用该分析方法和自主研发的快速PONA分析数据处理软件,对某企业MTO副产汽油试样进行分析。分析结果表明,MTO副产汽油以C4~C10烯烃为主,烯烃总量超过80%(w),有约14%(w)的芳烃,同时有少量的烷烃、环烷烃和氧化物组分。
A method for the fast PONA analysis of methanol to olefins(MTO)by-product gasoline was developed using a fine inner diameter DB-1 capillary column(φ0.10 mm×40 m×0.20 m)and optimized chromatographic analysis conditions.The method uses helium as the carrier gas,while using a relatively small split ratio,the overall separation effect is good,can significantly reduce the analysis time,and has good prospects for application.Applying the method and self-developed fast PONA analytical data processing software to a sample of MTO by-product gasoline from an enterprise,the results showed that MTO by-product gasoline sample is dominated by C4 to C10 olefins,with over 80%(w)of total olefins and about 14%(w)of aromatics,with small amounts of alkanes,cycloalkanes and oxide components.
