摘要
从监测任务、范围、底图和方法等方面深入分析了2021年全国地理国情监测与国土变更调查工作的衔接与融合,总结工作经验,详细阐述了深入开展两项目衔接的建议,说明了统筹部署、安排两项目对测绘地理信息工作融入自然资源管理体系的重要作用。
This paper analyzes the connection and integration of the geographical conditions monitoring and national land change survey in 2021 from the aspects of monitoring tasks,scopes,base maps and methods,summarizes the work experience,puts forward suggestions for developing the connection between the above two projects,expounds the important role of the overall coordination and arrangement of the two projects in integrating the surveying and mapping geographic information work into the natural resource management system.
