摘要
目的研究家庭化产房结合优质护理在妊娠期高血压综合征产妇中的应用效果。方法选取40例妊娠期高血压综合征产妇,根据护理方法不同分为观察组与对照组,每组20例。对照组产妇采用常规护理,观察组产妇入住家庭化产房,在常规护理基础上采用优质护理。比较两组产妇护理前后血压水平、产程时间、产后出血量及护理满意度。结果护理前,两组产妇收缩压、舒张压水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组收缩压、舒张压水平均低于护理前,且观察组收缩压、舒张压水平分别为(121.80±6.08)mmHg、(81.65±3.76)mmHg,均明显低于对照组的(128.80±4.01)mmHg、(84.65±2.43)mmHg,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇的第一产程、第二产程和第三产程时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇产后2 h及产后24 h出血量均少于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭化产房结合优质护理应用于妊娠期高血压综合征产妇中,可以有效控制血压水平,缩短产程时间,减少产妇产后出血量,有助于促进产妇康复。
Objective To study the effect of family delivery room combined with high-quality nursing in pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome.Methods 40 pregnant women with hypertensive syndrome during pregnancy were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing Methods,with 20 cases in each group.The women in the control group received routine nursing,and the women in the observation group were admitted to the family delivery room and received high-quality nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The blood pressure level,labor time,postpartum blood loss and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were lower than before nursing,and the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were(121.80±6.08)mmHg and(81.65±3.76)mmHg,respectively,which were significantly lower than those of the control group(128.80±4.01)mmHg and(84.65±2.43)mmHg.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The first,second and third stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of postpartum blood loss 2 h and 24 h in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of family delivery room combined with high-quality nursing in pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome can effectively control the level of blood pressure,shorten the labor time,reduce the amount of postpartum bleeding,and help promote the recovery of pregnant women.
