摘要
恶心呕吐是化疗常见不良反应之一,临床上针对化疗相关性恶性呕吐主要是对症选择止吐药物或联合用药,但治疗效果有限。腕踝针治疗是一种独特的针刺疗法,在防治呕吐方面效果确切,且简单易学、便于操作、安全可靠、不良反应少,可减轻患者痛苦,提高患者的生存质量。该文总结、分析了腕踝针治疗化疗相关性恶性呕吐的机制及效果,旨在为化疗相关性恶性呕吐的治疗提供参考。
Nausea and vomiting is one of the common adverse reactions of chemotherapy.In clinical practice,antiemetic drugs or drug combination are mainly used as the symptomatic treatment of chemotherapy-related malignant vomiting,but the therapeutic effect is limited.Wrist-ankle acupuncture is a unique acupuncture therapy,which is effective in preventing and treating vomiting,easy to learn,easy to operate,safe and reliable,and has fewer adverse reactions.This therapy can reduce the pain of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.This article summarizes and analyzes the relevant mechanism and effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture in the treatment of chemotherapy-related malignant vomiting,aiming to provide reference for the treatment of chemotherapy-related malignant vomiting.
