摘要
目的:分析无张力疝修补手术治疗成人疝气的临床效果。方法:选取2017年6月—2021年5月朝天宫社区卫生服务中心收治的成人疝气患者80例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组采用传统疝修补手术治疗,观察组采用无张力疝修补术治疗。比较两组手术指标、疼痛情况、术后复发率及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组手术时间、术后疼痛持续时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组术后6 h、7 d、14 d、30 d疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。两组术后复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.048)。结论:无张力疝修补手术治疗成人疝气的临床效果显著,能够促进患者术后恢复,减轻疼痛,降低术后并发症发生率。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of tension-free hernia repair in the treatment of adult hernia.Methods:A total of 80 adult patients with hernia admitted to Chaotiangong Community Health Service Center from June 2017 to May 2021 were se⁃lected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional hernia repair surgery,and the observation group was treated with tension-free hernia repair surgery.The surgery indicator,pain,postoperative recurrence rate and complica⁃tion were compared between the two groups.Results:The duration of surgery,duration of postoperative pain,and length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The pain scores in the ob⁃servation group at 6 h,7 d,14 d,and 30 d after surgery were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the postoperative recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differ⁃ence was statistically significant(P=0.048).Conclusion:Tension-free hernia repair has significant clinical effects in the treatment of adult hernia.Tension-free hernia repair can promote postoperative recovery of patients,relieve the pain,and reduce the inci⁃dence of postoperative complications.
