摘要
目的探讨17β-HSDs基因在乳腺癌组织中的表达及与其临床病理特征的关系。方法选取82例乳腺癌患者,获取术中癌组织标本以及距离病灶组织约5 cm以外的癌旁组织标本作为研究对象。观察1型和2型17β-HSDs基因在乳腺癌组织及癌旁组织内的表达、1型和2型17β-HSDs基因相关性、1型和2型17β-HSDs基因与乳腺癌临床病理特征的关系。结果癌组织1型和2型17β-HSDs基因阳性表达率(62.20%、65.85%)均高于癌旁组织,差异存在统计学意义(χ^(2)=23.869,14.057,P均=0.000)。Spearman相关性结果显示,1型和2型17β-HSDs基因阳性表达呈负相关性(γ=-0.322,P=0.003)。不同肿瘤分期、肿瘤直径、ER、PR、HER2状态1型17β-HSDs基因阳性表达率比较,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄、病理类型、淋巴结转移数目1型17β-HSDs基因阳性表达率比较,差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同肿瘤分期、肿瘤直径、淋巴结转移数目、ER、PR、HER2状态的2型17β-HSDs基因阳性表达率比较,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄、病理类型、Ki67比较,差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论1型和2型17β-HSDs基因在乳腺癌组织内存在高表达,且在疾病发展中存在关键作用,可作为预测患者预后重要指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of 17β-HSDs gene in breast cancer tissues and its relationship with clinicopathological features.Methods 82 patients with breast cancer were selected,and the intraoperative cancer tissue specimens and the para-cancer tissue specimens about 5cm away from the focal tissue were obtained as the research objects.To observe the expression of 17β-HSDs gene type 1 and type 2 in breast cancer tissues and adjacent tissues,the correlation of 17β-HSDs gene type 1 and type 2,and the relationship between 17β-HSDs gene type 1 and type 2 and clinicopathological characteristics of breast cancer.Results The positive expression rate of 17β-HSDs gene in cancer tissue type 1 and type 2(62.20%,65.85%)was higher than that in para-cancer tissue,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=23.869,14.057,P=0.000 for all).Spearman correlation showed that the positive expression of 17β-HSDs gene was negatively correlated between type 1 and type 2(γ=-0.322,P=0.003).The positive expression rate of 17β-HSDs gene type 1 in different tumor stages,tumor diameter,ER,PR,HER2 status was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive expression rate of 17β-HSDs gene of type 1 in different age,pathological type and number of lymph node metastasis(P>0.05).The positive expression rate of 17β-HSDs gene type 2 in different tumor stages,tumor diameter,number of lymph node metastasis,ER,PR,HER2 status was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in age,pathological type and Ki67(P>0.05).Conclusion Type 1 and type 217β-HSDs genes are highly expressed in breast cancer tissues and play a key role in the development of the disease,which can be used as an important indicator to predict the prognosis of patients.
