摘要
目的探讨普罗布考片联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗2型糖尿病合并高脂血症的临床疗效,分析其对血脂、内皮功能、炎性因子的影响。方法抽取2022年3月至2022年12月平煤神马医疗集团总医院收治的2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者151例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为单一组(75例)与联合组(76例)。单一组予以瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗,联合组予以普罗布考片联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后血脂、内皮功能指标[一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素1(ET-1)、血流介导内皮舒张功能(FMD)]、炎性因子[超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)]水平。结果联合组总有效率(93.42%,71/76)高于单一组(82.67%,62/75),P<0.05。治疗后,联合组总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平低于单一组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平高于单一组(P<0.05);治疗后,联合组ET-1、hs-CRP、TNF-α、MMP-9水平低于单一组,NO、FMD水平高于单一组(P<0.05)。联合组不良反应发生率与单一组比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论普罗布考片联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗2型糖尿病合并高脂血症效果显著,可改善患者血脂代谢,减轻其炎性反应,促进内皮功能恢复,且具有一定的安全性。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of probucol tablets combined with rosuvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated by hyperlipidemia,and analyze the influence on the levels of blood lipid,blood glucose and inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 151 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated by hyperlipidemia admitted to General Hospital of Pingmei Shenma Group from March 2022 to December 2022 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into single group(75 cases)and combined group(76 cases)according to the random number table method.The single group was treated with rosuvastatin calcium tablets,and the combined group was treated with probucol tablets combined with rosuvastatin calcium tablets.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.And levels of blood lipid,endothelial function indexes,including nitric oxide(NO),endothelin 1(ET-1)and flow-mediated dilation(FMD),and inflammatory factors,including hypersensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumour necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the combined group(93.42%,71/76)was higher than that of the single group(82.67%,62/75),P<0.05.After treatment,the levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein in the combined group were lower than those of the single group after treatment,while the level of high-density lipoprotein was higher than that of the single group(P<0.05).The levels of ET-1,hs-CRP,TNF-αand MMP-9 in the combined group were lower than those in the single group,and levels of NO and FMD were higher than those in the single group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was not significantly different from that in the single group(P>0.05).Conclusions Probucol tablets combined with rosuvastatin calcium tablets is effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated by hyperlipidaemia,and it can
