厌氧-MBR-膜结合工序在处理垃圾能源再生厂渗沥液中的应用

摘要 文章所阐述的处理渗沥液工程位于浙江省内,并着重介绍了厌氧-膜生物反应器(MBR)-膜[纳滤系统(NF)-反渗透系统(RO)]结合工序在能源再生厂渗沥液处理中的工程应用,设计处理量为900 m^(3)/d。系统长期运行稳定出水,COD_(Cr)去除率达到99.9%,COD_(Cr)≤40 mg/L,氨氮去除率达到99.5%,氨氮≤10 mg/L,总氮(TN)去除率达到99.5%,TN≤10 mg/L,氯离子≤150 mg/L,出水水质满足《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》(GB/T 19923—2005)中的敞开式循环冷却水系统补充水标准。工艺系统外排清液可以排入能源再生厂冷却塔中进行回用。NF单元浓液进入NF浓液单元处理,NF浓液单元浓液纳入能源再生厂中,RO单元所产生的浓液进入RO浓液单元[软化+管式超滤(TUF)膜+碟管式反渗透(DTRO)膜]处理,RO浓液单元浓液进入能源再生厂循环利用,工艺系统出水实现了废水零排放。 The leachate treatment project is located in Zhejiang Province,this paper focuses on the anaerobic+membrane bioreactor(MBR)(AOAO-UF)+membrane(NF+RO)process in treatment of leachate.The designed capacity is 900 m/d.The removal rateof efluent CODg is 99.9%and CODc.≤40 mg/L.The removal rate of effluent ammonia nitrogeni s 99.5%,and ammonia nitrogen≤10 mg/L.The removal rate of TN is 99.5%,TN≤10 mg/L and chloride ion≤150 mg/L.The effluent meets The Reuse of Urban Recycling Water-Water Quality Standard for Industrial Uses(GB/T 19923-2005)for recirculating cooling water system.The efluent can be reused for cooling tower water supplement of energy regeneration plant.The NF unit concentration is processed in the NF unit,and the NF unit concentration is incorporated into the energy regeneration plant.The concentrated liquid produced by the RO unit enters the RO concentrated liquid unit(softening+TUF membrane+dish tube reverse osmosis membrane)for treatment,and the concentrated liquid of the RO concentrated liquid unit enters the energy recycling plant for recycling,and the effluent of the process system realizes zero waste water discharge.
